1971 Gibson Les Paul Jumbo in a no reserve auction. Seller is says these were made ’69 to ’73. Let’s call it ’71. After a little research we found the bulk of these were made that year. We have never seen one of these come up. In fact, we were unaware this model existed. You learn something new every day. Check out the description and the pictures here. Seller puts the guitar in Very Good condition with scratches and dings and some minor fret wear. Note low impedance pickup, which appeared on the Les Paul Recording during this era. Seller says less than 50 of these were made and we have bo reason to doubt that. With (probably not original HSC). Rare and unusual. Very, very cool.
