1968 Gibson Trini Lopez in Cherry in a no reserve auction. Sellersays it appears to be all original with the exception of the two mounting screws that secure the trapeze tailpiece to the body. Seller notes the wooden model name plate insert is missing from the tailpiece. Seller also states that no repairs or mods have ever been done to the guitar. The guitar is stamped “2” for a cosmetic defect when it left the factory. There is some discoloration to the finish on the bottom back –read the description and check out the (excellent) pictures. We love the Patent No. Humbuckers from this era. With OHSC, which is rough. Cool.
