This week’s entry to the Deadhead Corner Tune of the Day is a guest appearance by Stephen Stills at the Meadowlands Arena in 1983. Stills had sat in with the band back in 1969 and played his song Black Queen. 14 years later he once again found himself sharing the stage with the band and once again played Black Queen. Coming out of the song the Dead were unsure where to go, Jerry decided on Iko, Iko (a rare tune at that time), Stills butchers his attempt at the lyrics but all seem to be having fun. Check out tracks 17 and 18.
