Our Tune of the Day for Friday, February 17th is “Return of the Grievous Angel” by Lucinda Williams and David Crosby from 1999’s “Return of the Grievous Angel: A Tribute to Gram Parsons.” This is one of those situations where we feel the cover matches the original. Lucinda just nails it, and Crosby singing harmony is icing on the cake. The rest of this collection is also worthy. Very cool.
