1934 Gibson Jumbo in a no reserve auction. Predecessor of the the J-35 and Gibson’s attempt to compete with Martin’s recently introduced D models. Seller says the original finish is very heavily nicked, scratched and checked. The guitar original bridge and bridge plate with the inside of guitar nicely cleaned. Seller also says that there is some finished touch up on side from binding and side crack repair. Seller adds that the neck is very straight but is in need of a reset. With HSC. Seller doesn’t speak to the originality of that. Take a look at the pictures here. These are one of those ultimate used guitars. Very, very cool.
