1934 Gibson L-C

by Luke the Drifter on September 5, 2010

The “C” in this 1934 Gibson L-C stands for Century. Gibson named these to capitalize on the Chicago’s Century of Progress Exhibition of 1933-34. Note copious use of Mother of Toilet Seat here, which was evidently new, modern and progressive at the time. Way cool.
